Food was great. Had the best camp cook ever (Barb). Guide was great, but was notified to be in camp the day before. No scouting done at all.

Had my moose on day 2, and was the only bull moose I saw alive all week and I spent 3 full days with my father after I got mine. 6 people in camp, saw 4 bulls total, for a 6 day hunt, put all on the ground.

Prepare to drive around for long periods of time (8+ hrs) Not a lot of walking or calling.

Owner stated we could not fill other tags (bear, elk, wolf) after we shot our moose. He boasted about new waterproofing on the tents that had holes in the roof and blue tarps over them. Luckily weather was not an issue. The cots have seen better days.

Again, the food was great, we only had to deal with the owner on the first, last and water days, and the small moose I shot was still a moose and tastes great.

Overall, I would love to go moose hunting again, but I would not go with this outfitter again.
