Neil Johnson and his operation at North Star Outfitters provides an outstanding hunt! His lodge is first rate,the food prepared by his cook Kathy is five star dinning fit for a king! His guides are friendly, hard working and enthusiastic! I was able to sneak within 30 yards of a trophy mule deer on just the second day and seal the deal. The next four days were spent shooting prairie dogs and calling coyotes. North Star limits their archery deer hunts to just a few lucky hunters each year to maintain a quality experience. I could not have asked for a better hunt thanks to Neil and his staff.
